IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIRED FOR ONLINE ORDERS?
Minimum candy orders must be $15.00, excluding the shipping costs.


HOW DO YOU HANDLE ORDERS THAT ARE SHIPPED TO WARMER CLIMATES?
Packages sent to warmer climates must use expedited shipping methods. Free cold packs are included with expedited orders! Sorry, there are no refunds for products that melt during shipping.


WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG MERCHANDISE?
In the event that incorrect merchandise has been shipped, we will do our best to correct the error in a timely fashion. In the event of an exchange, we will ship corrected merchandise at the shipping service level at which it was purchased. For instance, if the incorrect merchandise was shipped via UPS Ground, it will be shipped at the same service level.
